2. Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through the online payment system available on this website.
All fees are listed in Euro (€) and include/exclude VAT where applicable.
The participant is responsible for providing accurate billing information.

3. What the Registration Fee Includes
The registration fee includes:
• Access to scientific sessions
• Conference materials (printed)
• Coffee breaks / lunch (applicable)
• Certificate of attendance
Travel and accommodation are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant Cancellation
• Cancellation before 31/07/2026: 100 % refund
• Cancellation between 01/08/2026 and 31/08/2026: 50% refund
• After 01/09/2026: no refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: info@ecdo2026.com
Refunds will be processed within 10 days via the original payment method.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend without prior cancellation are not entitled to a refund.

5. Conference Changes or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Modify the program
• Change speakers
• Change venue
If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. No further compensation (e.g., travel costs) will be provided.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for delays or cancellation due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions).
